1.2 kg Tsukemen should try challenging! I succeeded with probability of 2/2. But, the second one is hard for me. Tsukushi juice on stone-baked equipment. Brilliant chewy if you put cold noodles of thick noodles.However, it is a menu that depends on people's likes and dislikes.There are also various other menus with a dark colored juice. Try it!

The thick noodles here are seafood taste and the noodles cold to the juice which the equipment boiled with stone grilling are the best delicious. There is also a light taste. Both are delicious.

One of the few places I've found in Japan that sell Ramen which doesn't contain meat. I love their experiments with taste. Most notable are Basil Ramen, and Margarita Ramen. The menu keeps changing so they may not be available all the time.I occasionally enjoy the Gyoza/dumpling here as well. The staff is quite friendly, the atmosphere is warm and cosy, especially during winters. There is ample parking available, and is also walking distance from Ujiie Station. Pocket friendly tooI recommend!
